Recruitment process
Three Easy Steps

MEDICAL CHECK-UP
All selected personnel undergo mandatory medical examinations to ensure they are medically fit and capable of performing their assigned duties. This process helps maintain workforce health, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations.

TRADE TEST
Candidates are assessed through trade tests and technical evaluations to verify their skills, experience, and competency in their respective trades. Only personnel who meet the required technical standards are selected for deployment.

ORIENTATION
Before assignment, selected personnel receive orientation regarding company policies, safety procedures, site rules, and job responsibilities. This ensures smooth integration into operations and promotes disciplined, professional service delivery.
